The first manga I’ve ever read. LOVED IT. I’ve got the next three volumes lined up to continue the story.

I feel like that was quite a mixed collection of stories. I liked some more than others. Like the first book, expectedly dark and twisty but nothing overly grabbed me.

I read (or rather listened to) this as part of the Genre Reading Challenge. Psychology/Science is definitely not a subject I normally touch, although I’m interested in the subject matter of this particular book – Gender. I can’t say I took everything in but I’m glad I finished it.

I was immediately hooked on this book. Loved it throughout out. Not sure I’m super satisfied with the ending however, there must be more to come…

Definitely felt like there were bits I didn’t really understand in this but overall it was enjoyable. Probably would have helped if I read the first book more recently. I guess I better see what happens in book three. Soon.

I wasn’t sure how much I would enjoy or get invested in a book that’s so short but this ended up being quite a moving tale. I’m sure I would have enjoyed it more if it was longer but not every book needs to be epic fantasy length, I guess!

I know there’s lots more in the series, although I’m assuming they don’t necessarily follow the same characters. Intrigued to find out sometime.

A wonderful return to Janloon and the world of Green Bones. I immediately became invested in the story of these new characters and
what a wonderful surprise it was to see Hilo, the Maik brothers and Lan again
. I’m all for more Green Bone stories.

Even more fun than I was expecting based on the front and back cover – which lured me in instantly. An excellent story that’s displayed in an awesome dynamic, chaotic and colourful art style. Really enjoyed the ‘Under Kingdom Presents’ pages. The book ended on a cliffhanger so obviously I’m keen to read more, whenever that may be.

Probably a bit too horror for my general tastes but I liked it more as it went on. Obviously I love the cats. Would read more, maybe not right away.

I’m giving it five stars! It’s not often, if ever, I can say that my heart was literally racing through the last 10–15% of the book. It was so stressful but also so gripping and damn did the author pull it off. There were also some tears.
