I loved this memoir! It’s one I’ll likely reread several times. Full of insight and wisdom! I’ll read anything Samra publishes in the future!

I grew up on the animated Avatar series. This is my first time reading the books and I loved it! Feel like I need to instantly go out and get the second one!

I really enjoyed this poetry collection. I feel I’ll need to read it several more times to fully understand each poem. Overall, I recommend.

The writing feels very rushed and the world building feels unfinished. The few moments that are planned are so heavy handed, I started to think I’m reading a children’s book.

I loved all the stories but I wish they were longer. Each story only lasted one page, making it difficult to fit many details. This made some stories a bit confusing but also encouraged me to look into some stories more. Overall I enjoyed this collect very much.

Another unhealthy relationship but this time at least they’re mutually abusive. There are so many good books out there- I would never recommend this one to anyone lol. Also lots of scenes blatantly ripped off of Twilight.

I read this in the height of COVID boredom and it is an intro to abusive relationships. Perfect adult parody of Twilight. I hated it.

This book is told from the perspective of our abusive male love interest. Gross, predatory, and a lot of purity culture woven in.
