BUT YK WHAT FUCKED ME UP BRU JACKS POV LEKL UGHH i had no idea the book was gonna have multiple POVs and tbh Jackās hurt me the mostā¦ and i honestly wouldāve been happy with the book ending with his
i breezed through his POV of the book even tho i wanted it to last and tbh wasnāt rly wasnt too stoked to hear from Autumn again LOL oops but leik Iām just being real
jackās POV gave such strong mothers grieving moments that it genuinely hurt me sm šš and his pov to things was vry unique to hear
also the fact that leik jackās connection with finn was in high school which wasnāt too long ago so leik not to diminish Autumns connection with Finn but leik hers still felt new but Jack had leik a five year streak with Finn so leik imagining his pain with everything just made his feelings feel so so so strong and real that i was just leik dam ESP THE FUCKING ROOMATE THE DAM ROOMSATE BRU.
whereas leik yeah Autumns journey through grief and leik stuff is just as important but leik the scenes became a bore at one point bc it was the same thing repeating leik at one point it was a cycle of her and the moms going baby shopping and then her hanging with Angie and leik newer characters get added to her story way late into the book that itās leik meh idk wasnāt rly vibing with her part
anyways most important.. FINNYS POV FUCK.

holy fuck i cant read bru ts was so hard for my to comprehend tbh š had to pull up spark notes sm throughout this book š but thatās on me for littering my brain with sm YA but leik
this book is so silly to me leik sheās literally just a girl fr
leik she realized she successfully predicted one match and full heartedly believed that shit was her destiny in life šš
to enjoy the book i had to close my eyes at the odd odd age gaps tbh LOL
but Emma is so leik written funny esp her dynamic with Harriet leik they r so meant to be lovers tbh LOL
but just leik seeing Emma being leik no trust me on this to her constantly was so entertaining and it left me thinking what is she scheming now LOL
the book comments on social classes in a silly witty way and ofc it does bc itās Jane Austin LOL
i was satisfied with the ending fs (minus the age gap)
and this book made me appreciate clueless a bit more bc originally i hated the movie bc i was leik why do ppl love cher sm leik i donāt get it

ok writing this after finishing the second book and leik ok review is kind mixed up bc i just finished the second book but i just feel leik ok first of all:
this book was a perfect tragic love story as it has an enticing jawing storyline that i can appreciate
and it def gave me all the feels
and bc it was exactly what it needed to be it made a perf set up to have a second book bc leik i enjoyed it sm i had to read the next book which is great in a book bc it shows that i needed more and the more i got was great š
def fell in love with Finn in this book tbh Autumn sheās interesting fs
and what happens is just devastating and idk thatās all i can rly think abt when it comes to the book which is what i mean by it gets the job done yk it wasnāt leik absolutely insane but just good enough

not only am i forced to read further into the book i started to connect things my own personal life and basically Iām saying the book for me inspired many thoughts of reflection for me

literally LOVE how Solomon writes her characters. everything abt the characters in this story were so lovable and usually idc abt wether a character is like able or not bc i leik the entertainment BUT THIS BOOK IT WAS ALL SO PERF even down to their flaws bc the character development IS SO STRONG and itās all so beautifully intertwined with everything that happens in the story SO GOOD
literally the two are so insanely cute and leik UGH there were just so many topics touched in this story that i rly rly rly rly loved it
the OCD representation was chefs kiss

yes itās a slow burn but itās also wat kept me reading and it was so witty and cute and i rly loved the movie references sm
at times her attitude towards other girlies was leik icky ngl but atleast there was strong character development at the end and ngl her whole im not leik other girls type beat mixed with a Taylor swift irked me but also im just not a swift girly so i wouldnāt get it

Iāve seen a lot of ppl dissapointed in the trope that ensued at the end but tbh IT WAS SO FUN leik i thot it was hilarious asf and leik just wild
i couldnāt help but enjoy it even if plot choices were made that i didnāt particularly agree with i rly leiked the nuance it brought on
