I’m not really into “self help” books but I liked this one. I think it had a strong start and took a little bit of a dip but finished fine. There are other people commenting that there’s cursing in the book. And no duh. What were you expecting? I mean the f word is in the title. And it wasn’t over bearing, it felt like you were having a conversation with a normal person.
