“I’m not gay”

“Yeah but you’re not straight either, are you?”

“I’m a psychopath”

“I’m a Scorpio, I still like banging dudes”
😭😭😂😂

They were sooo fucking funny omg. I loved them so much! Maybe my favorite so far???? Their dynamic worked sooo perfectly I’m obsessed. I loved Atticus and Jericho an ungodly amount. The way Jericho just wanted to take care of Atticus & was immediately ready to take the reigns for him absolutely made me swoon. And everything Jericho did for his community just made me love him even more.

This series is just soooo fucking good!

Stopp I loved August and Lucas so much! Like August literally panicking about what to do on a first date will always be so adorable to me.😭🖤 Their dynamic was perfect.

Wait stop I loved this! My first 5 star read of 2025!
This was so fun, i absolutely LOVED both Adam and Noah, their relationship was so sweet.😭🩷

I loved how protective Adam was of Noah and how he took care of him the best he could when Noah’s childhood memories started to come back. The fact that he literally took notes on what he should do when Noah was in such a dark place mentally?? Stop, Adam the man you are.🤚🏼😭

I feel like this is the kinda book that could pull anyone out of a reading slump.

I’m soooo curious about Adam’s brothers so I can’t wait to dive into the next book!👀🖤

I listen to this on Spotify! I HIGHLY recommend the audiobook if you like a dark spicy quick read! The narration is as great!🖤 I felt this was a very enjoyable read! It was wild but I liked both characters☺️

(It took me all month to listen to it because I only listened to it while cooking dinner lol)

I while I do think the writing could of used another round of edits I still REALLY enjoy this story! The plot was very interesting and definitely had me hooked. I loved all the characters and all the drama.

Will definitely be recommending this to my friends!

The way this book had me giggling and kicking my feet??? omg I had so much fun. I really enjoyed this it honestly was such a good way to start my year off.

Not only was the story interesting and the spice HOT but I am loving all the characters! Regardless of the position that Jordyn is in she’s still snarky and I LOVE that. She really doesn’t let anyone walk all over her and honestly with the way this book ended I feel like she’s about to be even stronger in book two.🤭

The guys…I really like Enzo specifically because the way him and Jordyn’s first interaction went I can tell when he gets his shit together he’s gonna be my man my man. For now he’s lowkey on my shit list😂

Serge is the actual love of my life. Full stop.🫶🏼 AGAIN from that first interaction, the way he held Jordyn…bro I will throw up I love him so much😭😂 i literally screamed into my pillow “WHEN IS IT GONNA BE MY TURN!” Then he really just proves why he is my favorite the entire book. He’s precious.

Now…Killian is sooo unhinged and I’m obsessed. Also the way he was so confused why he was clearly into Jordyn was so funny to me.💀and he was so quick to defend her not once but twice! We love to see it.🤭

Anyways I’m loving this duet so far😂🖤

If you’re looking  for a book with a morally grey serial unaliver who is like an anti hero, you will NOT find that here. Please don’t go into this book expecting that. This was probably the darkest dark romance I think I’ve ever read as of now. I’d categorize it as a PITCH BLACK Romance.

Robbie (MMC) who is in prison on death row for being a serial unaliver who tortured, gRaped, and murderd innocent women. So for that i couldn’t bring myself to like him however I did find being in his pov interesting and his extremely traumatic past sad. Savannah (FMC) is a reporter who Robbie requested interview him before he gets executed. Savannah has en extremely traumatic past as well. Every time I read one of the chapters explained their past i wanted to both cry and fight for them. It was so sad.

**Side note: I only have like 3 triggers and this book had CSA + unaliving of an animal which are two of my 3. However the fact that this book had those does not reflect the rating of this book. I knew going into the book because I read the TWs.**

I actually thought this story was quite interesting, some parts definitely had me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what was going to happen next. I liked the reporter x criminal duo it felt a bit taboo which added to the appeal of the story in my opinion. Also while I knew who the bridge killer was immediately I did NOT see that other little plot twist coming omg. 😦  And the moment when we got more details on Robbie being bullied..omg I was like no fuckin way… because the pieces started to click into place. I definitely felt all the thriller vibes and for a second I forgot I was reading a dark romance. LMFAO while i enjoy the story i wanted to fight the characters.

I disliked Robbie for what he did to end up in prison. While he had some swoon worthy quotes and I love an MMC obsessed with his girl i could not look past the gRaping innocence women. (no judgement from me if you liked him)

Savannah made me a little mad sometimes. I wanted her to have more of a backbone. Especially when her coworkers was always bothering her and in her space. I wanted to smack the shit out of him💀😂 She was also a bit naïve😭 like girl come on. There was reference to this “darkness” in her which I was waiting to see more of but we didn’t really see much of that until the end of the book.

Overall I thought it was an interesting story some parts were hard to read but still very interesting. Honestly,  would I still recommend this? Yes if you like a PITCH BLACK romance! If you don’t like pitch black romance then this one just isn’t for you. 🖤

This one was okay, i didn’t really like the fmc or the mmc all that much to be honest. But the story was dark and pretty wild. So while i didn’t care for the characters the story itself was entertaining.

What a great conclusion to this trilogy! I really enjoyed this book. Kallum and Halens story was such a wild ride. This whole trilogy was filled with a great plot that really had me questioning everything and everyone. I really wasn’t expecting any of the twists and turns. It also had so much tension and when it does get spicy it’s SPICYYY. I listened to the audio book and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The narrators were phenomenal.
