I really enjoyed this story! I loved the Nordic inspired mythology and honestly I could not put this book down once I started it!  The set up was the best part! I would have liked more of the clans coming together and the big fight at the end. That was a bit of a let down. I could have used like 100 pages more. I also would have liked a little more tension between the FMC and main love interest. I just felt like I was a like wait how did we get from hating to loving so quickly?! Did I miss something?! But again, I loved the set up and the world building.

Wow! This book was amazing!! Abby Jimenez really knows how to make me fall in love with characters and their stories! Vanessa is so strong and inspiring! Life really is too short to be pushing off doing all the things you love! And Adrien was so precious! I loved their friendship and Grace has my whole heart! I also loved how this story touched on real life childhood trama and family problems! I felt very seen in some cases.

Holy crap! What did I just read! Amelia how could you do this to me?! I need more immediately!! Why did I think this was the last book in the series only to be left with an insane ending that sets us up for an incredible book 4?! I need it right now. Overall vibes for this book are mafia/gangster, pirate, creepy circus! I had the chills reading the last section of this book! I mean I don’t know how I’m going to sleep tonight. Regardless, 10/10! Also, how could you?! Silas?! Ahhhhh!!!!

This book was absolutely amazing!! I loved the integration of Argentinian and Egyptian culture into this story! I also loved the subtle code switching between English and Spanish! I am Ecuadorian and so I speak quite a bit of Spanish! Even though it was an Argentinian main character, I still felt very represented by her family dynamics, culture and personality! I loved Inez! And I loved this story! I can’t believe that ending?! How do I have more questions than I did at the beginning of this story! Fantastic!

Wow I am actually so obsessed with this series!! This book was even better than the first! We got to see so many new, darker worlds in this one and I loved the tension! I honestly could not put this book down! Emerson just continues to grow as a character and Amelia Spencer created such interesting, intense worlds for her to jump into! I was on the edge of my seat! Can’t wait to start book 3!

Wow! I actually really enjoyed this book! There was so much more to the main character than I expected! I loved her sass and smartassery! This was a fun story and I liked the inclusion of the characters from the first book!

This book was absolutely precious! I love how I saw myself in book characters and the representation in this book was spot on. I’m Hispanic and I can totally understand where Briana is coming from and I also have general anxiety so I can understand where Jacob is coming from. I loved how pure and wholesome there love story was and also the recognization of how trauma can affect people differently. I also loved how it emphasized that even though you don’t feel perfect, the right person will love you for exactly who you are. I think that is such a beautiful and important message to put out into the world. This was like the most wholesome greys anatomy storyline ever.

This book is pure nostalgia for a Percy Jackson fan like myself! I had so much fun with this book! Honestly, it was like stepping back into a part of my childhood. Having the original trio back was perfect and I will never get over how funny Percy is. I love this series/universe. Percy Jackson will always have my heart
