This read was definitely unlike anything I had picked up before! A lot of taboo subjects, it is not for the faint of heart reader or anyone who gets offended by things easily. There is a TON of spice and romance. I was into the characters and the story line. I loved the setting of the Colorado mountains.1

This story is extremely well-written. I loved the characters and developed some attachment to them by the end of the book. The ending provides closure, but is not necessarily the happy ending you are wanting. This story is personal to the author and definitely puts a spotlight on common issues today in abusive relationships. Highly recommend!

This book definitely has the jaw-dropping factor consistently throughout. I was shocked by the story and some of the elements that were depicted. It is definitely a book that has you wondering how it's going to end and when it does actually end it's a shock! There are many triggers in this book and should not be approached as a light read.
