Beautifully written. The book succeeded to make me see the circularity in relationships better than « A thousand years of solitude ». The characters are complicated yet truly human in a shocking way that some people might not like. The book painted a nice world in my head in which I could feel the peace and warmth of The Grange in contrast with the cold and uneasiness of the Heights. A beautiful story of revenge, acceptance, hate, life, mysteries, ghosts and love. A beautiful set of complex characters. A mix of mysteries that kept me turning the pages. I would recommend to someone who wants to read some classical love story with human and complex characters. Beautifully written.

I learned things in this book. Well made representation of reality of some person. I just don’t like when there is multiple characters and not that much happens. But it was the point of the book so… also it introduced me to oppenheimer.

I really liked it. Gone girl vibe of some sorts. I’m not the biggest fan of muerder mystery / detective stories but this one was a really good one. It also makes you think and clings to you. I recommend!!!

A really enjoyable book. Not as good as the first one. A bit too much sex for the story to stay as meaningful as in the first one. But there was a lot of character and relationship development. I like the end. Really well representation of healthy relationships, communication and how to deal with trauma. I would recommend.

Great insight on chemistry and biology. A fun character to follow even if he is mostly alone.
