I didn't think this series could get more intense - this volume proved me wrong. Story and art are both amazing.

I love these crazy kids. Very curious to see who is chosen as the next Beastar. Juno is a force, Louis continues to amaze and astonish.

Victoria Goddard continues to knock it out of the park. After reading this, I want to go back and re-read the previous books, both to see how she set up various plot points and to enjoy the stories again. There's romance, a unicorn and a locked-room mystery, and she makes it all work. We have no choice but to stan.

Makes one want to live healthily - I felt bad for these poor overworked cells!

A fluffy (as it were) slow burn werewolf romance. Brief but entertaining, and I immediately downloaded the next book.

Entertaining slow burn lesbian romance novella. Fun cameos from the werewolves.

Highly readable, very entertaining. Finally we get Major Channing's backstory.

Somehow I had never read these and am glad to finally read the first one. Set in the Chalionverse, which is one of my favorite worlds, this is the story of a young man who accidentally(?) acquires a demon and how they get acclimated to each other. I can't wait to find out what they get up to next.

I started this months ago but I got about 2/3 of the way through and let it sit for months because I didn't want to read the end.

So satisfying! A sequel to the Hands of the Emperor, one of the best books I read last year, and ties in to the Greenwing & Dart series. I wish her books were more widely known, because they are delightful.
