A fun story about writing and reading fanfic, making friends on the internet, getting over your hangups, and dealing with parental toxicity.

Snooty boarding school, a team that wants to make it to nationals, an arrogant prodigy, an inexperienced kid with something to prove...can't wait to see what happens next!

Our heroes participate in a round-robin tournament and must do well to get on the team.

The tournament ends - who will make the team?

A practice match, and the importance of a team vs. an individual. Where have I heard that before?

Best book I've read this year. A Vorkosigan-style space opera palace intrigue mystery with 100% of your recommended daily allowance of tropes: arranged marriage, misunderstandings, mutual pining, there was only one bed, and more. Lots of fun, compulsively readable (I stayed up late reading it), and very satisfying.

Queer librarians in some futuristic dystopia - very intriguing and I hope the author expands on this universe.

The heroine is short and wears red lipstick; her nemesis is very tall and very buff. This is repeated multiple times per chapter. At least I got it from the library!

Such a good series - love these characters.

A Regency romance with a social conscience and a heroine who could be interpreted to be on the autism spectrum. Different and very enjoyable.
