The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

All that I can say right now is OMG! This is one of the best teen books that I have read. It has intrigue, fire, desire, and lots of other words that would take me forever to write. The author did a fabulous job weaving this story together. I can't wait to start on Catching Fire. If you haven't read this book yet, you are truly cheating yourself. This is a must read for the fighter in all of us. Loved it. Can't wait for the movie.

This book is really for older teens. Like over the age of 18. I really enjoyed it and had initially checked it out as a book discussion book for teens, but when I read deeper into the book, I realized that as a mother, I wouldn't want my son reading it, so I pulled it. As an adult, however, I loved it. It was intriguing and the author really knows how to bring a story together.
