Slow start! Loved the storyline of the two characters. The different aspect of royalty and the barriers that come with being in line to the throne was an interesting concept to read. The book has spice and it worked well with the characters. Loved the book <3

The book is spicy but has a storyline. The brothers best friend romance storyline was intriguing and interesting. The depth of the characters (especially Alex) was immersive and you get snippets of the past within each characters background. The switching of POV was expertly written and allowed depth within the relationships the characters developed.

Wonderful book, follows the theme of the Pumpkin spice cafe and the cinnamon bun bookstore. Loved the book, the right amount of spice to love story. It captivates you by showing Kira’s development throughout the book and how she intertwined with Bennet. The ending was romantic but also special. The development of Bennet was also lovely to read especially when Nicole entered the picture later on! I utterly enjoyed reading this book as it gave cosy and Christmassy atmosphere.

Wonderful book, the use of flashbacks was a thought through and added depth to the story. The current day revelations alongside the flashbacks help to explain but also enhances the characters background. Brilliantly written story.

Loved the book, slow in pace in some places making it hard to keep reading. The title gives a lot away especially when the killer is revealed. The inclusion of a neurodivergent character was admirable it highlighted the struggles but also the strengths.

Wonderful book! Loved the aspect of the scavenger hunt and the way each clue was presented as well as used for character development. The romantic storyline was cute and pleasing. I enjoyed this book as it also included characters from the pumpkin spice cafe novel so you had a glimpse of where they all are at this moment of time. Would’ve been 5* if the storyline wasn’t somehow predictable.

Brilliant book; loved the character development throughout and how Nesta started to understand her thoughts. The relationship between cassian and Nesta was beautiful as well as reflecting common thoughts amongst couples today of one might not be good enough for another, and when their relationship blossomed it showed they were perfectly matched in spirit.
