I give sapphic books high ratings no matter what and that's because they're sapphic. But, I have a feeling Jennifer Dugan has a thing for writing about relationships with lack of communication. I read her other novel, Melt With You, and I swear her characters are so similar. They like to either tip toe around their feelings, or just out right play with each others feelings. I enjoy her novels, don't get me wrong, they are easy reads and cute, but much more can be done with them.
