I have to admit the first half of this book was so slow I considered not finishing it multiple times. But I kept going and BOY I’m glad I did!!! The second part was so good (especially the last 30%) and I’m extremely excited to read the next books.

I loved nosy and smithy and I’m SO EMOTIONAL iykyk 😭

I agree with the reviews saying there wasn’t much plot but. I’m a sucker for slow paced books with lots of world-building and politics and that’s exactly what this is so I can’t help but rate it 4 stars.
