ok so this may or may not contain spoilers idk yet but you've been warned
Ok so. I liked this book. The world is unique and amazing. I loved Calla, and I actually think she's very easy to like. I loved Ren. Because he stood up for Calla and loved her and kind of proved his love.
But you know what? I didn't like Shay. For me he seemed more like that shy geek boy in the back of the class almost invisible. Not like a guy there would like to be a werewolf, running around and (read) have his own opinions. What I kept thinking was that his character changed A LOT through the book. Which - for me - made it a lot confusing. Right now I would rather see Calla together with Ren because they're both strong. Even though Ren try to prove to Calla that he's stronger and has more power, they still fit better together. And I think it's sad that the book in the end was one big love triangle. Because I would rather have known more about the world, the things happening in it, without it all having to be about Calla/Ren/Shay. Because.. I don't know, I just think it would've been a better book?
Anyway I got all 3 books as Christmas presents, so I hope the next one won't be centered around love!
