Everything I thought I knew about where this book was wrong. Although I think the sheer amount of lore to keep track of in this one threw me for a bit of a loop, I’m glad I read this series and loved the ending.

I just wanted a cute mermaid princess romance and all of a sudden I’m crying and memorizing lore. I do think there’s slightly tooo much lore for what’s essentially an adventure-romance novel and it can be hard to keep track of everything but I enjoyed the writing and love Tallora as a character.
