Emily Henry has become my go to for the perfect romance. She always has everything I want and I always leave satisfied.

Loved it! I think Book Lovers is my favorite of the two but this one is a very very good.

I love this author! Always very light reading that is easy to get through! Although a lot of her stories are similar in that it’s a romance with a twist I still love them.

The House is On Fire, is one that shouldn't be missed. This is a story of the horrendous theater fire, in 1811 Richmond. Virginia.

I loved how the author made the characters, many of them based on the lives of real people seem to really capture things you felt in real time. As the theatre goes up in flames, the scenes are those of overwhelming panic. The story comes to life through the involvement of a society widow, two slaves and a 14-year-old orphaned theatre worker, and how their actions changed their lives.

There's something so delicious about a secret identity romance and this one, set in a dark corner of a high school, was pure fun.

Full of cuteness and fluff, I wasn't expecting the thick ribbon of depth that was also embedded in the plot.

Light and fun for an easy read!

What a great book! Two strong and solid leads, down-to-earth personalities who have learned not to let parental or social pressure change who they are or what they want out of life, Derek and Jessica are just perfect for each other!

Draws you in and provide you with a escape from reality. Sassy, sexy and you just want to keep reading.

Let me start by saying I'm a huge fan of Lucy Score! If she writes it, I will read it.

I love a fun romantic read that makes me laugh out loud. The last half of this book was the best. I loved Maggie's big heart and the banter in this book was so much fun. Awesome meet cute. Silas and Maggie forever.

This narrative becomes a cautionary tale to those that trust too easily, too fast, without asking the hard questions or stopping to hear the music, and in that regard it checked all the boxes and kept me turning the pages rapid-fire, ensconced in its multi-genre approach.

The ending, however, is what really blew my mind. It is catastrophic, heart-wrenching, and deeply unsettling, and if you read this, read it even for that alone.

I do not want to give this book a low rating because I really like Amy Poehler and think she is insanely talented.

I really wanted to like this book but I'm clearly not the target audience for it. Some good chapters and life lessons but was hard to follow and not my favorite.

A perfectionistic law student meets a straight male porn star at a conference in Vegas . . . yep that's the story but very entertaining how it evolves!

I liked this book. It kept me engaged and hooked. I resonated a lot with the main character, Grace, and the struggles she went through and her character development. I love the writing - Mia Sheridan who also wrote Archer’s Voice and Travis. Even the slow parts of the book keep you locked in on the story.

The Wedding Planner by Danielle Steel

Would you hire a wedding planner who did not believe in marriage? (At least for herself). This is a story about families, mostly about two sisters , Faith and Hope.

This is a fluffy and entertaining novel that makes for a good summer read.

The Wedding Planner is an escapist story with a prosperous wedding planner, a groomzilla surgeon, fireworks on the fourth, adoption quandary, a winter wedding, a jubilant twin, and happily ever after.

Loved all the moving pieces and characters that make up the differences in each client Faith had to deal with in making each of their weddings a dream!
Business or Pleasure by Rachel Lynn Solomon

Business or Pleasure is sexy and engaging, with characters who face their fears and are open and vulnerable with each other. I love how it focused on a bad one night stand instead of something being mind blowing.

It’s hilarious, sweet, and spicy! You’ll go from blushing to laughing to blushing again!

This book was something different and fun! I’d recommend giving it a shot.
