Okay I have to say that not one of the characters is good so if you don't enjoy morally grey characters, this book is not for you 🫣
I loved the magical elements in this book. The house with its different rooms, every body part shows a different memory when a vampire bites a human. The history and world building was okay, there were some things that were a little inconsistent but it's not that big of a deal.
Kidan and Susenyos are real enemies to lovers. They tried to kill each other numerous times and couldn't stand each other. I loved their banter and their shenanigans lol.
In conclusion, a solid beginning to the trilogy and I can't wait to read the second book.

I truly have no words. This was magnificent. The writing was lyrical, and beautiful.
I have been trying to write this review and I just can't find the words. All I can say is you need to experience this book in all it's pain, anger, and resistance, but most importantly it's love. This book will stay with me for a long time.

Very fascinating book. I don't even know how to explain this without spoilers so I'll just say I honestly enjoyed this and I felt the audiobook definitely helped. I would've dnf'ed this if I was reading it lol.
I recommend the audiobook and trust me, it's gonna be very confusing but it comes together at the end.

Honestly at this point if you haven't read this book already WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Sorry I had to yell.
Bree has become one of my favorite female main character! I loved everything about this book. The story, the magic system, and characters are very well done. 10/10 book. I'm trying to give this book justice but you should experience this yourself.
Obviously I highly highly recommend this!!!

This was chaotically hilarious 😂
I don't even know what genres this book actually falls into but it was entertaining as hell! I loved the aunties and how chill they were about everything.
I would recommend this if you want something entertaining and light.

This was okay.
I really enjoyed knowing more about the history of Panem and The Hunger Games. Lucy grey and Sejanus deserved so much better and Snow can choke on his own spit.
What I didn't like was the pacing. The plot would drag on some places and then pick up too fast in other ones. I also was zoning out too much throughout the book.
In conclusion, that snake should've been venomous.

I am converting to second chance romance because this was magnificent!
Yasmen and Josiah went through so much loss in such a short amount of time that it strained and ultimately broke their marriage up. Kennedy Ryan's depiction of loss, grief, and hope was so raw and beautifully done. Their relationship progress felt natural and real, the work they put for the sake of their children was so admirable. I loved seeing them slowly heal and be the best version of themselves.
I can't recommend this book enough and I wish I could have read it sooner.

Nina and Patrick meet for the first time at the age of twelve in Belavere City for the Siphoning Ceremony where they discover a secret that changes their lives and the fate of the whole continent.
This is the perfect blend of fantasy and romance! Solid world building and magic system. THE ROMANCE OH MY GOD THE ROMANCE. PATRICK THE MAN THAT YOU ARE!!!!!! But in all honesty I had a great time. I loved the Peaky blinders vibes, I thought I was just the one feeling but the author actually took some inspiration for it. It was well written and I can't wait for the next book. I hope we get more POVs.

Short, hilarious, and super fun.
Murderbot, a SecUnit that hacked its governor module and can do whatever the hell it wants, which includes watching thousands of hours of tv shows, has to save its clients who are nice people and it can't just leave them to die.
I finished this in a day. It's really short, and the plot picks up right away. I love Murderbot, which isn't really a surprise since it's very funny and a cute introvert.
I'm really excited to see where Murderbot's journey is going.

This was an incredible, heartwarming story about two divorced parents who decide to take one last chance to see if they can fix what went wrong.
Tarah DeWitt's writing style is beautiful and lyrical. The passion, longing, and love Wren and Ellis have for each other was mesmerizing. Their relationship was so natural and it progressed so beautifully. I loved Wren and Ellis's relationship with the Byrds siblings and how unique it was. I'm definitely buying a physical copy to highlight every single line lol.
I even teared up while listening to the ending. Silas's speech was perfect.
The narrators of the audiobook, Megan Wicks, and Connor Crais did an incredible job bringing Wren and Ellis to life, and all the emotions in this book. I highly recommend the audiobook.
