Just Don't Call Me Yours by Heather Garvin
4.0
I’m a sucker for some good banter and this one gave me everything I needed. These two bikering back and forth was absolutely delicious. They want to act like they can’t stand each other so bad but you can see right thru them. They find each other so intriguing and when they finally put the BS aside and open up to the very real feelings they have for each other you just want to melt. And the way she shows up for him and supports his dreams... I can’t wait to see how this story continues.
Butterfly by Jo Brenner

This is my first Jo Brenner book and it did not disappoint in the least. This was such a fun short read and the spice was chefs kiss. Mace knows just what the body needs. Does he do arguably questionable things to get what he wants? Yes, absolutely without a doubt he does...but also like, where he at tho? There's a lot of fun back and forth banter, but Leslie doesn't put up with Mace's antics. She's like you wana play games? I'll show you how the game is played. Deff excited to read more from Jo and find out what's going on between Lucy and Mr. Coach guy

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
This read absolutely took me by surprise. I went in completely blind and omg such an amazing book. This makes the perfect read for spooky szn. Absolutely loving the banter and all the characters. Paranormal vibes, family curses, ghosts, werewolves and vampires. I need more Edgar and I need to uncover more of these family secrets. Cause how did no one know there was a vampire sealed away on the property!? Who was Violet and how did she lock him up? How do you break this curse? So many questions and I can't wait to dig in to book two.
