In My Dreams I Hold a Knife by Ashley Winstead
For my first Dark academia novel I expected much more from this! Also the reviews I read told me it was going to be much better but it didn’t live up to those reviews. The ending was lackluster and the whole book was mainly about a less then perfect girl whining about why she should be perfect the whole book. For a murder novel it just didn’t cut it for me. I loved the setting of the novel which was a historic southern college in North Carolina but that’s about all I enjoyed in this book. Definitely would pass on this one if I saw it again.
