I thought this was going to just be a cute story with cute animals. I was wrong and have never cried so much at a comic and love story.
This book made me feel light and heavy at the same time. The last lines of the book were the best. It's amazing, the advice books can give you at the most appropriate moments in your life and this one definitely did.
It's between three and four stars for me. The characters and their mental struggles and declines were the spookiest part, especially Teresa's, but the ending just didn't feel satisfying. I would have liked to have seen a back story for Theres, at least an explanation as to why she was left. Overall, I enjoyed it, as with all of Lindqvist's books.
