Loved how unabashedly queer this was. Did not love that it was a spark notes version of pride and prejudice that only had caricature versions of the original characters. Idk it was overall fine but lacked some much of the heart of the source material.

Just fine. I don’t feel like this book was doing anything new or special with the “will they won’t they” spanning over years. Felt very surface level.
