I really enjoyed Wielders Prize! It’s the first book in the series and it had a bit of a prequel vibe to me. I really liked the technique the author used of having the beginning of each chapter be a flash back to Minas past, or interactions with Rixen.

Mina and Rixen were really sweet together and I found Mina’s shyness and inexperience so charming. While their relationship overall was a bit of a slow burn, once they were made partners the romance went full steam ahead!! One-tub is definitely a new favourite micro trip of mine haha.

Overall was a fun fast read that I’ve had on my tbr for a long time, and I’m excited to see where the story goes!

The Co-Op was just ok. It started off exciting and interesting, and I thought the premise was great - who doesn’t love a fake relationship/ marriage of convenience trope? I enjoyed the book a lot pretty much until the MCs got together, and then mostly felt it dragged after that. Nothing about it was awful or bad, I just never felt captivated by the book. I liked the French representation.

I loved another book of Tarah’s so I’m sure I’ll give other romances of hers another try!

Thanks NetGalley and st Martin’s press for the arc. All thoughts are mine.

Ahhhh I can’t even with this book. What can I even say! IT WAS SO GOOD! The hangover is real and I’m going to be spending the rest of the year thinking about this book I know it.

I already miss Violet, Xaden and the gang and after re-reading FW and IF immediately before OS, what can even top this series now for 2025?!?!

I loved every minute of the book even the ones I didn’t love haha. Can’t wait to re-read one day!

Playmaker was the perfect Sunday contemporary binge read! Fast paced, flirty, and smutty, and who doesn’t love the brothers best friend and childhood crush tropes?
Fun to read an authors debut that started on Wattpad.

Thanks for the arc NetGalley and Wattpad!

Helena does it again!! Quick, bingeable, smutty, super-fun romance and I loved every second. So excited for this new hockey uni world!!

The audiobook narrators did a great job too!

Thanks so much to Helena for the arc - all thoughts are my own.

Every book in this series just got better! I completely devoured this book, and while I am sad it’s over and I’ll miss Winnie Wednesday, Jay Friday and the rest of the gang, I thought it all came to a beautiful conclusion and all my questions were answered!

The writing voice in this series took me a bit of time to get into and adjust to, but by The Whispering Night I didn’t even notice in anymore.

Nothing but good things to say about this ya fantasy book and I hope everyone else enjoys it as much as I did!!

Thanks NetGalley and Tor Teen for the arc, all thoughts are mine!

I think I enjoyed the sequel even more than the Luminaries! While the writing tone/ style still took me a bit to get into, I felt more used to it, and found this book more atmospheric as I was able to lean into the style more. Parts of the story are predictable and dependable the way ya fantasy tends to be, but I ate it up and practically couldn’t put the book down!

Can’t wait to find out what happens next for the bear, the bell and the sparrow 👀

What a fantastic book, and to think it’s a debut - mind blown! I loved so much about this book and don’t even know where to start. I couldn’t put it down.

As a lover of traveling, I love a traveling romance and travel gone wrong trope. Ada is hit with a series of unfortunate events on the way to her sisters wedding, and ends up cooped up with the best-man. It had heat, slow burn, passion, a ton of depth and a romcom-perfect ending. It felt like a movie and I found myself thinking about the movie Leap Year.

Thank you to Forever pub, Heather and NetGalley for the arc. I’ll read anything Heather writes as this was so fantastic.
