Absolutely devastating. Highly recommended unless you’re a mother to a young child in which case maybe never read this?

Main characters are annoying nepo babies but every single side character is a delight.

An incredible story told beautifully in audiobook format. I sobbed by the end.

Often very interesting, especially when tangential but nevertheless relevant interludes appeared. Unfortunately the author/narrators delivery was often patronising or downright aggressive. Loved his passion, hated being talked to like I was an idiot.
