The vintage vhs style cover of this book is what attracted me to this book. It’s the most amazing book cover I have ever seen.
As for the book itself, I was promised a nostalgia filled horror story packed to the brim with 80s pop culture references and it delivered. The authour really captures the decade in such a way that I felt nostalgic for an era that I didn’t even exist in.
I really enjoyed My Best Friend’s Exorcism and would recommend it to any horror fan, as well as any 80s fan.
