not because of the ending, I just don't feel the book is impactful as the previous series. I long for the moral values of Alcatraz, and here, I don't get it (I think) besides he dwells in his parents relationship and roles. well, then, what will you do, Al, with that? what? I need more explanation, self-thought, self-deprecation, self-kookiness, or even footnotes.
nevertheless, the humour is always there and always precious for me. yeay for the independent chapter name, lol. the plot twists are also godsdamned cool! it's a new addition I suppose since the former books do not have them.
last, okay, I'm waiting for the sixth book. I hope it will gain more momentum since you know, at this time, it is Bastille who is going to kick pens and asses and our faces, lol.

4.5 hungries, I mean, stars, because sometimes I kinda get tired with Justineau for her 24 hours compassion when someone is trying to help her alive, to help everyone left alive. she's too focused with her own moral values, almost like Caldwell but not that cold, and yes some moments it kicks my enjoyment.
the ending also kicks me in the gut. I adored it because for me it is memorable and tickles my point of view. it does something with inevitableness for me.
happy that I can stumble on another poignant book! :3
