I’ll be honest and say that this book took me a while to start. I wasn’t sure I wanted Seth to have a redemption story. Like many of Talia’s pack I still hated him even if she didn’t.

Seeing Seth’s trauma over everything that happened did not make what he did ok. It did however make me understand him and the hard position he was put in. He was left in a terrible position and in his panic did not make the right choices to make things better. He did however try to make them as right as he could after the situation. It doesn’t erase them but I think he deserves to move on. If Talia can forgive and understand him then so I can I.

Desie, Michael and Benny were amazing. They had a history and loved each other so much. The way Seth just fit with them was perfect. They were stuck in a hard position and needed to find their missing piece. Desie is amazing and while she’s not quite as loud and blunt as Talia I can see the similarities with them.

Seth wants them all to be his pack but he doesn’t think he deserves them. Desie did such an amazing job helping him through his issues.

I’m interested to see how things with the bad guys will unravel. Avanne does an amazing job keeping us guessing and trying to figure things out.

Well it’s official I’m in love with Leo Sinclair. These Sinclair men know how to make sure their woman is the center of their world and Leo was no different. He wanted Addie from the moment he laid eyes on her. He supported her and showed her that she could lean on him. He was amazing with the girls too and transitioned into dad mode so easily.

Addie was scared to trust again after her past but she couldn’t ignore the connection to Leo for long. She was strong and able to stand on her own but Leo showed her that she didn’t have to.

I loved watching these 4 ( the kids too) fall in love with each other. I also loved Addie and the girls being welcomed into the Sinclair/ryan clan like they always belonged.

Sara cate knocked this enemies to lovers, marriage of convince story out of the park. Killian is a recluse that just wants to be left alone. Sylvia on the other hand is loud and in your face. These two managed to heal each other in ways neither of them could have ever anticipated. I loved watching them reluctantly fall in love with each other. I also loved that while they gave each other the drive to improve that they also both were able to grow on their own as well. They got a beautiful HEA and I thought it was perfect for them. This story is very different from what Sara has written in the past but she did a spectacular job with it.

Lights out did not disappoint at all. I loved every second of it. I would rate this book 10 stars if I could. It was the perfect blend of dark and hilarious. Josh and aly were both easy to love. I’m not sure how Josh managed to be the perfect blend of crazy and a marshmallow but man did he nail them both.
