I'll read the second one, but this one was not written well at all. I enjoyed the plot, but the overall dialogue and characterization of the love interests were cringy. The haunted scenes were the best parts for me. That's one thing that the author does well - set a scary scene and throw in some steam. That I like a lot.

I started speed reading after the third or fourth Christmas pun. It was a quick read that did what it intended to do, but it was too cheesy for my liking.

This was cute. I enjoyed the banter between Savanna and Garrett. They are both married to the job, Savanna being Garrett's right-hand person, even though he's the boss and spawn of Satan. They are both extremely attracted to each other.
This story is a tad outrageous, though, by it being mandatory that all employees go to a work retreat during Christmas. The boss has way too much influence on all of his employees. But that's also what made this story so funny. It's cute and made me laugh several times. This was also very mild in the steam department!

This one had me cackling from page one. Jaclyn is unapologetically herself and could care less what people think about her. I loved that so much. Kadan was equally as funny and caring.
I really liked Jaclyn and Kadan together, so much so that I wanted this to be a full-length novel. The pacing at the beginning was so good, and then the ending felt rushed. But overall, I will continue with this series. I loved all the side characters as well!

I think I'm too dumb to understand this book in its entirety. But it was creepy and made me sweat from the very beginning. It was a major fever dream, and I have no idea what was real or fake. I'd like to think that Eve was in her right mind, but I have no idea.

All you need to know is that it's more or less an erotic Jeepers Creepers... that's all.

The cover of this one caught my eye. The overall story was ok. I thought Landon and Mila were cute together, but the story was way too short. I didn't feel the want or need from either of them to be together. I wish this one just a little longer and spent a little more time on their back story before they professed their love for each other.

The title says it all. It was dirty dirty. Daddy kink still kinda weirds me out, personally. But, whatever works for everyone else!
I wanted a little more conflict with Max, Shane, and Lily, though.

This novella is the definition of dysfunction and playing with fire. Whitney and Mark's marriage has been a hot mess for 15 years, but the moment Whitney wants a divorce (and is serious), Mark loses his mind and tries to win her back - but claims to hate her at the same time.
While this novella is short, it shows the complexity of marriage and how cheating affects people in horrible ways. It also explains how holding someone on a pedestal can crash and burn.
I don't know, I didn't hate this. As much as I dislike cheating and manipulation in a relationship, this one had me from the start. I don't like Mark at all right now. I want Whitney to be happy.
