Listen for the Lie by Amy Tintera

A+ in the format department, A for effort on the plot one. I loved the mixed media approach, the fictional podcast mixed in with the narrative, the premise of a podcast host narrating the facts while the actual murder suspect fills in the blanks.
The story, the murder, the characters were not as enjoyable as I was hoping though. It's like an impeccable idea with slightly mediocre execution when it comes to the narrative elements.
Still, it was a great audiobook, even if it's not an incredible book.

I'm so disappointed, again. I loved the first book in the series and although I really didn't like the second I was hopeful about this one. But all we got is a lot of character trauma, a pretty boring feud and the least interesting enemies to lovers I've read in ages.
