Oof.

The sheer trauma of it all.

Damn.

Continuing the wholesome, sweet with heat, story of Cooper, Sawyer, & Jackson.

Flash Fire…now with more Extraordinaries!

Some are good, some are bad, and some are FABULOUS!
A DRAG QUEEN SUPERHERO! YASSS!

Things are heating up for our quirky Queer crew as they continue to deal with teenage life, protecting Nova City, and their upcoming Prom.

It must be said that I completely lost it at "boy stains." First dental dams, then Prom condoms, and finally there's plastic couch covers. 🤣>
Aaron Bell is a LEGEND in torturing teenagers and I'm so here for it!

Secrets are revealed, emotions are high, and there's big changes on the horizon.

So much packed into this one installment; I'm going to need a breather before diving into the final story, Heat Wave.
(Yeah right, as if I could wait longer than posting this review.😆)

Cooper and Sawyer are the sweetest pups ever and Jackson is the perfect master for them.

A very sweet with heat story that made me burst out laughing and smile until I ached.

Cooper is such a beagle at heart. Adorable, smart, energetic, and a little bit of trouble. 😆

I can't wait to see Sawyer's more reserved pup come out to play.

This triad is absolutely wholesome and I'm here for it.

He tried to…then she fought back and…so much blood…ice daggers…absolute chaos…and HELL'S BELLS I DID NOT SEE THAT COMING! 👀

This was one hell of a finish to an amazing series.

This book made me want to simultaneously throttle the MCs and protect them at all costs.

All of the guys are so emotionally damaged in various ways and it leads them through a lot of unnecessary strife before they start to heal.

The Meyer children are absolute life, though. Little Theo with his insistence that because he licked Jack on the cheek, that he was their's now was too precious. 🥰

He's right, thems the rules.

It just took the meathead adults a little longer to catch up. 😉

Even though I surmised what was to come, the writing still caused me to shriek, swoon, and rage as the various events unfolded.

Such wonderful world building, characters, and fairy tale elements portrayed in such a unique way; this book and the rest of the series has been an absolute amazing read.

I'll be sad to say farewell to this world after the next and final book in the series.

There were amazing stories and mediocre stories. Regardless of personal tastes, the sheer number of diverse authors and stories in this anthology guarantee there's something for everyone.

From speculative fiction to the truly bizarre, you'll find it here.

This volume comes with a content key at the beginning, so you can find just the right vibe for you and avoid ones that may not be to you liking. This was a refreshing addition, especially to a volume this size.

If you're fortunate to get a copy of this anthology, give it a read. You won't be disappointed.

I laughed, cried, cringed, and yelled at my Kindle throughout the reading of this book.

What an extraordinary ride. 😉

So much action and so many secrets; it will be interesting to see what comes to light in Flash Fire.

First came Cinderella, now Red Riding Hood (with a mention of Sleeping Beauty). Loving the essence of fairytale protagonists in such a rich and original world. So fun!

Nikolai is very much the Huntsman, with his own inner beast to fight. Loved to see both his protective and his bestiel aspects emerge for his lady love.

*swoon*

Sienna is no wilting lily either, despite being human. She is brave, strong, and true. Her fire burns bright and we love to see it!

I can't wait to see what's in store next for our freedom fighters.

Down with the evil Vampire monarchy!
