I absolutely LOVED this book. It was so well written and had a great set of characters. Viola was so lovely and amazing and I adored her completely. And Gracewood was such a great guy, despite his troubles. I loved that he and Viola were so accepting and supportive of each other.
The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was that the whole kidnapping ordeal and the brothel scene threw me out of the story a little. It was very sudden and I felt like it didn’t fit in completely. Mira was an icon for hitting that gross man with a vase, though.

A very cute retelling of one of my all-time favourite books! The romance between Oliver and Darcy was very sweet, and I love the support that Oliver had from his friends and family. It was very heartwarming.
Wasn’t too sure about the location change, however - it didn’t make much sense to me why the Bennet’s suddenly seemed to live in central London. Felt like an unnecessary detail change.
Overall, really enjoyed this! Read it in one day. Oliver, I adore you <3

SPOILERS!!!

This book could have been 5 stars if it hadn’t made me stressed to the point of feeling SICK. Elvira’s death and that epilogue made me feel HORRIBLEEEEE

The ending gave me a lot of anxiety but overall, the plot didn’t excite me a great deal. I still really enjoyed it though and I loved Elspeth and Ravyn. I hope they get their happy ending in the next book </3

A really great short read, but I struggle to get invested in short stories. The protagonist was really interesting though, and her romance with the squire was heartbreaking.

Would have enjoyed it if Radimar wasn’t an absolute nonce.

I absolutely adored this book and its characters. It was such an easy and comforting read.
I hope Thimble lives a life of joy. I wish I could try his baking.
