Found Keiko, the main character, very endearing and her thought process a very fun and even insightful one to follow. I appreciate the fact the book does not have a central conflict in the form of an event but instead in the form of a search for belonging.
Very short and good read!! Other thoroughly enjoyed parts include the commentaries made about both a laborers value in (capitalist) society, and how our society and culture, also a capitalist one, values women.

Solid story, did feel like traumatizing these characters just for the sake of it at first but as the plot extends in the second book this feeling went away. Both fun and tragic to see my favorites in a zombie apocalypse

Another great book I had to read for school, also possibly the saddest collection of stories I’ve ever read.
