I adored the blossoming of Magnus and Alec but my biggest joy in reading this is undoubtably Helen and Aline.
2.5 stars really.
I loved it cause it’s more Twilight and I will always love Twilight but I feel like it only deepened the unhealthy issues of the other books.
I loved seeing into the Cullen family and I’m obsessed with the peeks into their world. The book contained some really awesome lines and I’m happy she choose to finish the story.

A fun and enlightening first foray into Scottish fairy tales.

A fun collection of folktales. It was nice to see which stories are prevalent in the different areas of the country.
This book made my heart incredibly full and will likely be one of my favorite books for forever. I felt incredibly seen reading this and I’m glad I took a chance on a romance book.

I enjoyed this book endlessly. I absolutely loved reading about Latinx culture, Yadriel’s growth, and crushing on a ghost boy. All around a fantastic read.

This book is filled with terrible people and for some reason I loved them all.
3.5 to be fair.
I expected to feel more reading this book, perhaps my expectations were too high. On one hand the never ending flowery pages bogged down my reading but my interest in the actual story was immense.
“It has the eyes of a devil.” Very interesting read into selfishness, hedonism, and doing things for the aesthetic.

Rating this book was hard, I went back and forth between 3 or 4 stars for a while. But 3.5 is where I stay.
This book had a lot of things I enjoyed: kickass villains with awesome worldly tie-ins, a mounting threat to the world, scary prophecies, and appearances from my favorite characters. But I gotta say I really didn’t enjoy the main characters. Of the three I liked Piper the most.
Part of it is likely me just missing Percy but I really really couldn’t convince myself to like Jason.
