annoying! this whole book feels like a memoir or a series of observations about shifting masculinity and toxic masculinity but a lot of it draws from pre-existing feminist theories and feminist thought -- with no credit. makes me angry to see a man writing a book based on women's theories and acting as if they're his own ideas.
