If Dune and Fallout 4 had a love child that was conceived in Shirley Jackson’s Hill House with The Borg from Star Trek as the midwife and then Laszlo Cravensworth narrated it all in the first person, you’d have this story

Did not finish book. Stopped at 52%.
The writing style is not clicking with me. The purple prose is a lil repetitive, though maybe that’s on purpose. 

I think the message is important. Just not the book for me.

Loved Head Full of Ghosts. Did not love this. The
arrested development of a 50 year old character stuck in his 20s gets exhausting for me, personally.
