Well, this made me really angry with the first story because no one on the planet should be paying for medical care, yet this is the case for much of the world. THEN the rest of the book put me on edge, made me feel sick, disgusted and uncomfortable - as well as absolutely fucking horrifying me. It was all really well done - five stars, even though I never want to read it again, nor think about it if at all possible.

Bravo!
