I really liked all of the information on how online radicalizing takes places. There’s a good break down in the beginning of different entry points to the alt right anti feminism movement. What I didn’t like is that it doesn’t go far enough with its analysis of patriarchy. There’s mention of intersectionality but no real connection to how class+capitalism is relevant to this discussion. I wasn’t a fan of how misogynoir or trans misogyny wasn’t really mentioned and I expected them to be because of how long this book was.

I think this is a very important piece of literature for younger folks (especially teens). Not a fan of the male and female brains bit as it’s not accurate to what we know now.

Funny, informative, and unique. This is a solid primer for folks getting into learning about the CIA and declassified documents in connection with left wing movements.

Very heavy topics discussed, reads like a piece of fiction so this is probably a good starting point for a lot of people to get into nonfiction.
