I disliked Greer so much towards the ending of this book. I was more than happy and ready to be done with her book. Ash too as well. I hated the way they treated Embry like a third wheel. Like oh I want you but not bad enough to marry you. Just for sex. Like Tf? And hello, can we talk about how Ash is a serial cheater? He cheated on Jenny (who is a victim, don’t start) by kissing Greer the day after he proposed to Jenny then kisses Embry the day he proposes to Greer. He had the nerve to ask her why she didn’t tell him she knew when she confronted him. He’s not a good person. I couldn’t even enjoy the spicy scene at the end of the book because I just kept thinking how Greer called Embry her second choice indirectly. Nah, justice for Embry.
