if i had a penny for every polyamourous vampire book written by a filipinx author that i dnf-ed this year, i'd have 2 pennies. which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice. especially considering i actually love rin chupeco's the sacrifice. but i just could not get into this one for some reason! the writing style just felt *too* romantasy and less horror, which was my original expectation. my fault, i know i know.
