It was really good the writing was pretty good. This was Madeline Millers first book. This was a retelling of the Iliad and the way she made their romance was amazing. I do wish they would have told mare about Patroclus.

In my opinion the first like 60 pages was so difficult to go through because they didn’t even meet till like page 70 and i don’t know I feel like that long of an introduction was needed but the end was amazing especially for a debut novel
