I think I have the need to mention that this is an abridged 3h 23m audiobook that I am logging in. In the descriptions it shows that it is over 300+ pages long. I guess the excess fat was removed from it and the audiobook consists of the exact knowledge And the how to’s. How often does one actually come across a “self help” book that actually does feel like it is helpful and that you want to come back to it and understand it even better?
