That book was the VERY DEFINITION of a page turner! Haven' been this drawn to a book in a while - if not ever. I loved that even if it was really sci-fi, grounded topics such as love and family were at the forefront of the story, seamlessly blending with the adventure the main character has gone through.
Waking Gods by Sylvain Neuvel

The formatting of the first one wasn't used as much/well in this one. It's what made the book original... Waking Gods was fine, but a definite downgrade. FREAKING KARA DIDN'T HAVE TO DIE DOE

Not giving stars cause I started it AGES ago and don't remember any of it.
Update (second read):
I loved this book! Probably my favourite of the first three. I just want to take a moment to appreciate the characters. I believe they are all so well written. The standout was definitely Anna. I adore her. My only problem is the lack of descriptions. I think considering we're dealing with very wild stuff, repeating descriptions wouldn't hurt because i often had a hard time understanding the scale of what was going on.

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

Pretty awesome for a teen dystopia. The worldbuilding is lazy in the beginning where there's a lot of exposition so you have to turn your brain off. The most interesting part is the whole HungerGames thing and seeing how great Katniss and Peeta are. Rue was an amazing character too.

I feel it could use more descriptions because sometimes I had no idea what was going on. Especially in the like alien tower at the end. (3 stars)
2nd read - 3.5 stars :
Enjoyed it more i think! Definitely still my least favourite to date though. Elvi is a stand out character.
