So ok... maybe there IS a slog. Jkjk but books 10 and 11 have been rough for me...

It was a little all over the place and light on the "thrill" but it was a very original way to explore the subject matter (gentrification).

This book was sooooooooooo slow, but surprisingly one of my favourites. I think my main complaint is a repeat from reviews i've read and watched but it is true that some impactful events that happen weren't written in such manner, so when you read them, it doesn't really dawn on you what just happened.

It was a very interesting world, not explored enough. The book itself was a bit hard to read and not because of the errors. That part was definitely kind of cute. Also i have a hard time buying the AI as AI it seems way too human. That's kind of a pretty big suspension of disbelief for me.

Memoirs are often a fun, light and easy read. This was no exception. Some subjects were heavy but most of the book wasn't. I'm a bit disappointed by the ending. It's way too abrupt. Learmed a lot about a culture I had no idea was so different from "mine". Bonus points for the Dancing With the Stars deets ;).

Leviathan Falls might not be the best Expanse book but it is my favourite because it had a lot of heart into it. Made me cry several times near the end.

My favourite so far. I did not need to make excuses for that one; I was actually engaged the whole way through. So many things happened and just the amount of parties at play... it's very compelling.
Egwene becoming Amyrlin, I was spoiled, but I was suprised that it happened that early. I literally said OUTLOUD "Go Nynaeve" when she healed stilling and gentling. Can't wait to see what Logain does next and everything about the Black Tower. I don't think Mazrim is up to anything good...
