I was worried about the ending, but I am satisfied with how it turned out. I just, something was lacking, honestly, I don't know what. Looking back I feel like I should have enjoyed it more than I did. But to me, it fulfilled me as an average book would.

The ending left me wanting more, it just did not feel like an ending. And during certain parts of the story, I would start to make an attachment but then the topic would change, and I never got attached. I never cared.

I saw this recommendation all over the internet. I think it is good. It just . . . it is stuff that I know but struggle with applying and remembering, and it did not explain nor help with that aspect. At least not to me.

Dude! Pepper just needed to set some boundaries! I found the relationship between children and parents frustrating but it was accurate. Honestly, a sweet little high school romance book that is a great little pick me up book. Real easy to get through in just one sitting too.

The ending 🤯
Got slightly confused as I was not expecting part of it as I thought it was realistic fiction (is not completely).
Read it as I was going abroad for school, and I enjoyed it. Honestly, if you are going to college or uni I think this is a good book to read beforehand.

Definitely read this if you have read Jane Eyre.  I was not a big fan of Jane Eyre but I did enjoy this book and it also helped me understand Jane Eyre.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 14%.
Just cannot get into this book. I just do not care for the characters, I honestly find it kind of boring.

It was okay. Elizabeth at the beginning of the book was amazing, then she changes, loses her backbone and it is gone.

Read this book for Uni as it is a classic. I just found a lot of characters and situations either frustrating and confusing. Along with Jane's choice of emotions for certain events are so bizarre. Overall, just confusing and I feel like not worth my time.

This book took me forever to read. I just could not get into it. I found it confusing and just so disconnecting. I have heard many people rave about this book, but the complete opposite for me.
