This book kinda has it all. It's well written, the concept is unique, there's a level of mystery and intrigue, but it's also pretty spicy in a way that isn't cringy.

Highly recommend to people who are into the occult, or books about books.

At the core, this is a story about a terminally online influencer that must come to grips with a family tragedy. This book does an excellent job of capturing the dissociation of someone who is deeply in social media and meme culture. The way it is written can sometimes be hard to follow, but the moments of genius are well worth the challenge!

Couldn't really ask for a better introduction to the concepts of chaos magick and modern esotericism. The first half, Liber Null, focuses on the practice of chaos magick while the second half, Psychonaut, offers a more in depth historical background of esoteric practices and animism.

Check this one out for sure!

It's hard to even find a place to start. I went into this book with limited knowledge about Julia Fox and finished it feeling like I've formed a lifelong friendship with someone I've never met.

At its core, Down The Drain is an honest and cautionary retelling of Julia Fox's life, from early childhood to shortly after the release of the film Uncut Gems. Julia's writing is casual yet eloquent. The subject matter is often heavy and dark, yet Julia approaches it with a sense of humor and wisdom.

Julia Fox has self proclaimed this book a masterpiece, and I'm inclined to agree. A must read!

A meditative collection of poems that reaches surprising highs at points. Not every one is great, but there were a handful that left a lasting impression. Each poem is associated with a set of images that capture the mood well.

I found a few of the methods to approaching songwriting in this book helpful. It was by no means life changing, but it's well written and will inspire most people to start writing songs. It's a quick and funny read too.
