I think this is a great fast horror read! The writing was amazing and honestly funny at times which I did not expect. I fully didn’t want to put it down and ended up finishing it in only a few hours. I really enjoyed it as a retelling.

Once again Neal Shusterman finds a topic we’ve experienced in real life and creates it into a novel.
Having experienced Covid so recently, having this book be about a virus hits close to home. It shows the opposing sides of what the world went through with a different lens.
I really enjoyed this book and I loved how it just kept building and building. At the end there is room for a sequel so I’m curious if he will right another book, but we will have to see.
Not my favorite of his, but it is still a worth while read!

Did not finish book. Stopped at 43%.
The writing in this book is just not for me. It is extremely repetitive and doesn’t make sense in some parts. The fact that I’m not even half way through and Feyre seems okay with being stuck there already?? There’s like a million of these books and it’s somehow already being rushed. The story seems intriguing and I could see why people would enjoy this, but it is not for me.
