Issa Rae knows what it is to be that awkward and black and she's extremely clear on letting people know that's a-okay. This book was one of my faves for 2015! I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it thanks to my overall avoidance of dystopian books, but the audiobook did bolster my rating in my opinion. The voice narrator is really good with the voices and the "maleness" representation is hilarious.
