Looking at the cover and the title, I thought I was getting  into a grim creepy murder betrayal situation. I was so wrong🥹.

There were around 50 characters and way too many storylines I didn't care about. As soon as you thought something was actually happening, the paragraph would end and another storyline would begin. It couldn't hold my attention for even one page. Not a single character had any dimension and every other was gay. It was all too frustrating.

The whole point of this book seemed to be that religion was okay with homosexuality and whoever had a problem with it was "a religious nutter". Half the book is set in a theological college & even the murder story set in London was about that. I mean.....
