draupadi being explored is truly something that i had wished for ever since my grandmother started to tell me bits and pieces of the mahabharat while i was lying on her lap in my nanighar's aangan.

the anger i felt when i first heard about the things she went through just multiplied due to the brilliant storytelling and the emotions envoked within me from her words, actions and internal thoughts were different for each little paragraph written.

panchaali and krishn's friendship was a fresh breathe of air. i found myself searching for him to show up just how panchaali did. the platonic relationship that they carried through their whole life, to me seemed more comfortable than any of her romances. to see her contemplate if anyone loved her in her last moments, just for krishna to show up... masterpiece
