AMAZING.

It's a fucking shot to your head.
Warning: if you've got a dark side, any non-healed trauma from your childhood, it will be probably awaken up...

Good intentions, but from my point of view, poor resolution.
I didn't find it specially pedagogical, I missed deeper explanations, more clear examples, etc.
Sorry to say that I wouldn't recommend it.

Very interesting book, although I wouldn't recommended it to people with unhealed traumas who are not used to face them.
The only think that woke up some rejection to me, was the mentions to God of the author.

Excepting that, all the rest is really worthy to be read, even if it will be really tough at some parts.
